Am I a carer?

Recognising yourself as a carer can be the gateway to getting a range of help and support which can take some of the pressure off you and allow you some time to look after yourself.

The Carer Poverty Coalition recently launched a new petition calling on the Government to review and reform Carer's Allowance. As part of the Carer Poverty Coalition, Carers Trust is supporting the petition and urge the government to increase the amount of financial support which carers receive and review the eligibility criteria.
