To celebrate Carers Week, Signal for Carers and Bracknell Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults/Memory Clinic would like to invite all carers of people with dementia to a coffee and chat event.
Would you like to... find out what support there is for carers? Get information on benefits? Find out more about dementia, chat with others in a similar situation? Ask questions?
Come along for free coffee/tea and biscuits in a relaxed environment.
