Healthmakers Courses
There are new Healthmaker courses beginning in February, including a new evening course.
- It is a 6 week course - open to any adult who lives in Bracknell or Ascot who is living with a long term health condition.
- They aim to help you avoid a crisis with your condition to reduce trips made to your GP or A&E department.
- It offers FREE support, guidance and information to help you manage your condition.
